Buyer send LOl.
Seller send FCO or offer.
Both buyer and the seller agree on specification, price, payment terms, inspection solution. Then we exchange company document and past performance. After that, we issue draft contract, seller revise the contract if necessary. Finally, we both sign the contract.
We issue L/C to seller (with export record), after receipt of L/C, seller shall start to effect shipment
After shipment, seller shall present shipping documents to bank then to our bank to get payment.
